Located in Laocuoqing, Pu’er, Yunnan, the local villagers spontaneously established a cultural and tourism cooperative, in collaboration with the rural construction team from Dimensions Art Center (DAC) and the Cross Media Studio of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. Through field surveys and research, they initiated a rural revitalization strategy centered on “Travel, Culture, Agriculture”. The project aims to invigorate Laocuoqing village by integrating these three aspects organically, developing a new tourism industry, and enhancing villagers’ incomes to achieve the vision of a beautiful countryside and prosperous farmers.

By constructing an “Agro-Cultural-Tourism” integration development model, the project draws external attention through tourism, deepens the village’s charm with culture, and improves economic value with industry, ultimately achieving comprehensive village revitalization. This innovative approach to rural revitalization not only breathes new life into Laocuoqing but also serves as a successful model for other villages in the new era.
