景德镇陶源谷数字文旅运维中心，是景德镇数字文旅的重点打造项目。本项目以“流动的瓷”为策展概念，借助数字化技术赋能传统瓷文化，开启文化旅游的新篇章。自宋真宗时期起，“三宝瓷谷”便是景德镇的文化象征，千年瓷史川流不息，象征着永恒与前行。
在当下时代背景下，通过将“数”字技术融入三宝瓷谷，本项目旨在续写当代瓷文化，共同迎向未来。作为主案策划，我通过瓷谷在地的四大元素——“人”、“事”、“物”、“情”，来构建瓷谷独一无二的数智文旅展厅。其中，“人”代表以人为本，赋能社群的活动场域；“事”指集景区数字治理、服务于一体的多功能平台；“物”涵盖作品的线下展览、运营空间；“情”则是呈现在地风情、文脉绵续的数字展厅。
文旅数字孪生沙盘、景区云游、数字瓷艺等数字景德镇特色展项，都是作为强运营的文旅特色展项。同时，项目策动了在地的艺术社群，不少艺术家参与了展厅内人文影片的摄制。景德镇陶源谷数字文旅运维中心，不仅是瓷文化的数字化转型之旅，也是连接传统与现代，文化与旅游的桥梁。
Located in Jingdezhen, China, and covering an area of 390 square meters, the Jingdezhen Sanbao Ceramic Valley Digital Cultural Tourism Center is a key project in Jingdezhen’s digital cultural tourism initiative. With “Flowing Porcelain” as its exhibition concept, this project leverages digital technology to empower traditional porcelain culture, opening a new chapter in cultural tourism.
In the current era, by integrating digital technology into Sanbao Ceramic Valley, this project aims to continue the narrative of contemporary porcelain culture, moving together towards the future. We build a unique digital cultural tourism exhibition hall in Ceramic Valley through four local elements: “People,” “Events,” “Objects,” and “Emotions.” “People” represents community-engaging activity areas; “Events” refers to a multifunctional platform integrating digital governance and services of the scenic area; “Objects” includes offline exhibition and operational spaces for artworks; “Emotions” presents a digital exhibition hall that showcases local customs and continuous cultural context.
